🛍️ Refund, Exchange & Return Policy Summary

30-Day Limit: Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact.

Final Sale Items: No refunds/exchanges on FINAL SALE, R50 SALE, R100 SALE, custom items, or hygiene-sensitive products.

Refunds: Only for incorrect, damaged, or defective items. No cash refunds.

Exchanges: Allowed for faulty items. R85 fee applies unless the item was incorrect.

Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless we’re at fault.

Non-Returnable Items: Makeup, jewelry, undergarments, swimwear, perfume, etc.

Courier Fees: Customer handles courier and re-delivery fees.

Return Address: Shop 130, N1 City Mall, Goodwood, Cape Town (Instyle Beauty).

Shipping Info

🚚 Delivery Policy Summary

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (SA only).

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excl. weekends/public holidays).

Shipping Fee: R89.21 standard / R169.21 for high-risk areas.

R129.21 for orders over R921+ in high-risk zones. R50 shipping only applies to orders over R921+.

Tracking: Emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

Missed Deliveries: Customer pays re-delivery fees.

Couriers: Independent services (e.g., The Courier Guy). XD21 not liable for delays.

Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us for a replacement or refund (we won’t collect the item).

Exchanges: R85 courier fee unless XD21 is at fault.

How to initiate an exchange?

🔁 How to Exchange an Item

Step 1: Email Us
Email support@xd21.co.za with subject: “Exchange Order #0000”. Include item details, desired exchange item, sizes, images, and codes.

Step 2: Send Items
Ship to: Shop 130, InStyle Beauty, N1 City Mall, Goodwood, Cape Town, 7460. Items must be in original condition with tags. ❌ No exchanges on FINAL SALE, R50/R100 SALE, or hygiene-sensitive items.

Step 3: Pay Exchange Fee
R85 shipping fee (payment details will be provided). We do not collect items.

Step 4: Processing
Once received, your exchange is processed and shipped.

Important:
Include order number, item details, proof of R85 payment, and bank details if needed. Store credit may be issued if the requested item is unavailable.
