Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days (South Africa only), excluding weekends and public holidays

Courier Partners

We use The Courier Guy and Fastway (independent third-party couriers)

Tracking

Your tracking number will only start working after the courier has received your parcel. Please allow 24–36 business hours after fulfilment for tracking to update. If your tracking is not active yet, this is normal and does not indicate any issue

Shipping Fees

Shipping is R79.21. Orders over R921 qualify for free shipping (standard areas only)

High-Risk Areas

Shipping is R169.21, or R99.21 (discounted) for orders over R921

High-Risk Calculation

High-risk areas are automatically detected by our courier integration system based on location and delivery risk factors. 

High-risk areas are locations flagged by our courier integration as having a higher risk of hijacking, theft, or unsafe delivery conditions.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details

Address Changes

Delivery address cannot be changed after shipment

Company Address Verification

If the company name and address do not match, we will use the official registered business address

Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for re-delivery arrangements and any associated fees

Courier Responsibility

Once shipped, the parcel is handled by the courier. While we will assist where possible, delivery is managed by the courier, and customers may need to contact them directly for delivery updates or issues

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to couriers, weather, or unforeseen events

Loss / Damages (Courier)

We will always assist where possible; however, XD21 is not responsible for issues arising from third-party courier operations, including delays, loss, damage, or misconduct

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible for the items.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

Customers must send items back using their own courier (as outlined in the return process). We do not collect returns. All courier costs are the customer’s responsibility (T’s & C’s apply)
