How XD21 Tracking Works
1. When You Receive Your Tracking Number
You will receive your tracking/waybill number only after:
- Your order has been packed, and
- It has been booked with the courier.
Receiving a tracking number means:
- Your parcel is ready for pickup, OR
- The courier has collected it but has not yet scanned it into their system.
This is completely normal and part of the courier process.
2. When You Can Track Your Parcel
After receiving your tracking number, please allow 24–36 hours for the courier system to update.
At first, you may see no movement. This simply means the courier has not scanned your parcel yet.
Once scanned, you will see updates such as:
- Parcel collected
- In transit
- Arrived at delivery depot
- Out for delivery
3. What It Means if Tracking Is Not Updating
If your tracking is not updating, it usually means:
- The parcel has not yet been scanned by The Courier Guy, OR
- The courier is experiencing delays, especially during peak season.
This does not mean your order is lost — scanning takes time.
4. Who to Contact for Delivery Updates
XD21 uses a third-party courier, The Courier Guy.
Once your waybill has been issued, please contact The Courier Guy directly for:

Delivery ETA

Missed deliveries
-
Address changes
-
Rescheduling
-
Parcel follow-ups
Store support cannot fast-track or override courier processes, and we cannot provide information the courier has not scanned yet.
Understanding the Full Tracking Process Step-by-Step
1. You place your order
Your confirmation email explains that tracking will be sent once your order is packed.
2. We pack and fulfil your order
Once ready, we generate your waybill/tracking number.
3. You receive an automated tracking email
This email contains your waybill number.
Tracking does NOT work immediately.
4. Tracking becomes active after 24+ hours
Your parcel may still be with us or in transit to the courier depot.
Tracking activates once scanned.
Shipping Timeframe
Delivery takes 3–7 business days, including packing and processing time.

If you contacted the courier to schedule a delivery and then missed it, you must contact The Courier Guy to rearrange.
We will assist where possible, but there is only a limited amount of help we can offer once the parcel is with the courier.

If you contacted the courier company regarding a delivery date and you failed to accept the parcel you will need to contact the courier company.
We , XD21 are not responsible for anything revolving the courier process unless we are at fault. Please note there is only a certain amount of help we can offer in the courier process.
