Order Packed & Booked

You receive your tracking/waybill number only after your order has been packed and booked with the courier

Tracking Sent

Receiving a tracking number means your parcel has been collected or must still be collected but not yet scanned

Waiting for Scan

Please allow 24–36 hours for tracking to become active after receiving your tracking number

4

Tracking Updates

Once scanned, you will see updates such as: Collected → In Transit → At Depot → Out for Delivery when you track your parcel.
