Free Shipping Policy
Eligibility: Free shipping is available for orders over R1000.
Exclusions:
Free shipping applies only to standard delivery options.
Expedited or fast shipping services are not eligible for free shipping.
High-Risk Areas: Free shipping does not apply; a reduced shipping fee of R99.21 is charged for free shipping specials.
Fast Shipping Service
Cost: A fixed fee of R269.21 applies per order.
Shipping Schedule:
Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) Monday to Thursday are shipped the next day and delivered the following day.
Orders placed after 13:00 (1:00 PM) are shipped the next business day and delivered the day after.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday for delivery on Wednesday.
Payment: Fast Shipping fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of order placement.

Order Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays or additional fees. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays, and customers are responsible for any associated costs.

Cancellation and Refunds
Orders with Fast Shipping cannot be canceled after shipment. Customers must receive the order and arrange returns as per our Return Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances if the order has been booked.
