Item Condition: Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, undefined odours (Perfume, washing powder, foul), washed or alteration.
Eligible Items:
Non-Returnable Items: Makeup, accessories, hair accessories, bottles, beauty tools, perfumes, undergarments, nails, or nail accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items marked as FINAL SALE ,R50 SALE ,R100 SALE , customized products, or perishable goods. If you do return it you are liable to collect it.
Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement, If you wish for a refund on the deffective item we will not collect but will refund the amount due to you for the deffective item.
Exchange Request: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchange fee is R85 to ONLY send the items back to you.
Final Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with our exchange policy. All decisions regarding exchanges are at our sole discretion, and we may decline exchanges if the conditions outlined above are not met.
