Log a return/exchange Steps

Step 1: Enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

Step 2: Choose the items you wish to return or exchange. 

Step 3: Choose the reason for your return. Your feedback aids our improvement. If exchanging, select exchange or other.

Step 4: Choose the return method. If you want you may drop it off at the address personally but will not get the exchanged item at the same time.

Step 5. Pick your refund method. For a refund please select refund to original payment method. For exchange please select refund to store discount. 

Step 6: Review your return/exchange request and ensure you understand our policy. 

Step 7: Verify return/exchange details. You're responsible for returning items and sending an email with your exchange items .

Step 8: Congratulations! Your return request is now logged. We will notify you once we've received your items and proceed with the refund process. The refund breakdown has been provided for your reference. Please include the necessary details inside your package to expedite the refund process.
