Collection Point
Pickup Location: Shop 130 - Instyle Beauty, N1 City Mall, Goodwood, Cape Town, 7460, South Africa. Located opposite Telkom, next to Contempo.
Pickup Timeframe
Three-Day Collection Period: You have three (3) days from the date of notification to collect your order from our designated collection point. After three days, if your order has not been picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Extended Collection Arrangements
If you cannot collect your order within the three-day period, please inform us of the specific day you plan to pick up your items. This helps us keep your order secure and ready for retrieval.
Uncollected Orders
Courier Fees for Re-shipment: If the items are not collected or if we do not receive a notification within an additional period, you may be required to pay courier fees to have the package sent out again.
No Storage Service: We kindly remind you that we are not a storage facility. Please make every effort to collect your items within the designated timeframe to avoid extra charges.
