 SALE POLICY

  1. All items on sale or marked FINAL SALE are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange. Customized items and perishable goods are also considered final sale. If a final-sale item is returned to us, it will not be processed, and you will be responsible for collecting it.

    Discount Codes & First-Order Offers

    • Limited applicability: First-order discounts and all promo codes apply only to clothing, bags, and shoes.
      They do not apply to accessories, makeup, perfume, beauty tools, or similar categories.

    • No returns on bundles or any item that comes as part of a bundle.
      You may exchange the same item for another size.

      • Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to massive sale / clearance items (including R50–R100 deals and items marked FINAL SALE).

      • One-time use & non-stackable: Codes can be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other codes or offers.

      • Validity period: Codes are valid for 3–6 months from the date of issue (the exact validity is stated with each code).

      • Other limits: Certain product launches, bundles, or special promotions may be excluded at our discretion.Please note that sale item prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
