Our standard timeframe for the delivery is 3-7 business days from the date of payment . Please note weekends and public holidays are not included. Please keep in mind that during peak season or big holidays such as chrismas , the processing time may be extended 3-10 business days. WE ONLY USE THE COURIER GUY for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation: Once your order is ready to go, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Please read track my parcel
Tracking Your Order: Utilize the provided tracking number to stay updated on your order's status. Our 'Track My Order' feature on the website provides real-time information on your package's location. Allow 24hrs after getting your tracking number to track your order.

Receiving Your Package: Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address. If you're unavailable, our courier service may leave instructions for re-delivery or provide details on how to collect your package.

Courier Service: We ONLY use The Courier Guy for deliveries. While we rely on their services, please note that we have limited influence over their operations. Should you need further details on your package, we advise contacting The Courier Guy directly.
Courier Fees: Customers are responsible for all courier charges unless we have shipped the wrong item or missed an item from your order.
Accurate Information: Please ensure you provide accurate delivery information, including a Google-recognized address. Errors may cause delays or additional fees.
Tracking Information: You’ll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipping to follow your delivery.
