How does delivery work?

Our standard timeframe for the delivery is 3-7 business days from the date of payment . Please note weekends and public holidays are not included. Please keep in mind that during peak season or big holidays such as chrismas , the processing time may be extended 3-10 business days. WE ONLY USE THE COURIER GUY for delivery.

How Our Delivery Works:

  1. Order Placement: After completing your purchase, our system processes your order immediately.

  2. Order Processing: Our dedicated team works swiftly to pack and prepare your items for shipping. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays

  3. Shipment Confirmation: Once your order is ready to go, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Please read track my parcel

  4. Tracking Your Order: Utilize the provided tracking number to stay updated on your order's status. Our 'Track My Order' feature on the website provides real-time information on your package's location.

  5. Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  6. Receiving Your Package: Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address. If you're unavailable, our courier service may leave instructions for re-delivery or provide details on how to collect your package.

  7. Quality Check: Before dispatch, all items undergo quality check to ensure they meet our standards. If there is an issue before posting a review, kindly send an email and we will try to sort it out as soon as we can. 

  8. Customer Support: For any inquiries or concerns regarding your delivery, our customer support team is here to assist you promptly.

Here are some useful information regarding our delivery 

  • Please note that we do not deliver ouside South Africa (For now )
  • We ONLY use the Courier Guy Company.
  • While we make use of the courier guy service, please be aware that we have limited influence over their operations. If you have any inquiries regarding the status of your delivery, kindly get in touch with the courier company directly. We can help to a certain point , please be understading.
  • The customer will be responsible for all courier fees, except in cases where we have either shipped the incorrect item or omitted an item from your order.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information (Please provide an address recognized by google). Any errors or omissions may result in delayed delivery or additional charges.
  • For eligible orders, we provide tracking information via email that allows customers to monitor the status and progress of their delivery. Allow 24hrs to be able to track your order. 
  • While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or courier issues) may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.For any information regarding this matter we are unable to assist but please contact the courier service for more assistance 
  • We reserve the right to modify this delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website or through other relevant channels.

Please note that all courier fees, including the R60 exchange fee, are the responsibility of the customer. XD21 will not cover any courier fees unless we are at fault. If you have missed the courier for any reason you will be held liable to pay the fee again. We use The Courier Guy Company ONLY!!!
